City of Chicago Dept of Cultural Affairs' CULTURE SNAPS honors artists recognized for cultural contributions to the city’s vitality. Louis Barak has been recognized as a 2022 Culture SNAPS artist and will be featured at the Chicago Cultural Center during the month of November.
