“For the Record” opens on Saturday, August 26th from 6 to 9pm and will be exhibited at Beverly Phono Mart, located at 1808 W 103rd St. in Chicago.

Elephant Room Gallery opened in Chicago's South Loop Neighborhood in November of 2009 with a mission to focus on exhibiting local new, emerging and under-represented artists. Through their diverse roster and uniquely intimate space, the gallery has become an exciting hub for up and coming artists as well as those actively growing in their careers.
Louis Barak has been recognized as a 2022 Culture SNAPS artist and will be featured at the Chicago Cultural Center during the month of November.

The 4th annual Muros Titan Walls Mural Festival will continue to spread art across Chicago this August. Once again, artists from across the city and the country will come together to paint Chi-town. Louis Barak is one of several muralists featured in the 2022 lineup, and will be conducting a live painting on Saturday, August 13th.

From Da Grid: A Consortium of Lake View High School Alumni Professional Artists will feature the artwork of nine professional working artists with roots from Lake View High School. The art exhibition will be held at the Sideshow Gallery located at 2219 N. Western Avenue in Chicago on Saturday, March 24th 2018, from 7 to 10 p.m.
From Da Grid highlights the creative potential emanating from Lake View High, a Chicago public school which offers a curriculum heavily entrenched in the visual arts. The nine featured artists, all Lake View alumni, have been recognized locally, nationally and internationally in Chicago, New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles and Beijing. The artists work in mediums and forums including fine art, graffiti, graphic design, gallery spaces, large scale public installations, tattooing and puppeteering.
