There is so much to know about the art history, composition, color theory, and various artistic techniques in a given inspirational work for the artist to accurately capture the essence and style of the chosen artwork in the tattoo design.

I not only have formal training in fine art from the Pratt Institute and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, but I also have my own artistic practice that I have been fine tuning for the past twenty years.
